Directions:
Enjoy a Näak Ultra Energy Purée to fuel every moment before, during, and after your run or workout.
1 serving every 45–60 minutes of exercise (activity >1.5 hours).
1 serving 30–45 minutes before exercise (activity <1.5 hours).
