Total Hydro Whey is composed primarily of OPTIPEP® 90, the hydrolyzed protein from whey protein isolate. It is a protein low in carbohydrates, fat, and lactose, with the advantage over other proteins of being rapidly absorbed and easily digested.

Hydrolyzed protein is obtained through the enzymatic hydrolysis of whey protein isolate, resulting in high-quality protein peptides. It is more easily digestible, with a higher absorption rate. It therefore promotes faster muscle recovery after exercise, with greater stimulation of muscle protein synthesis, leading to increased muscle growth. In addition, Total Hydro Whey contains little carbohydrate and fat, which helps reduce body fat and makes it the perfect ally for maximum definition and increased muscle mass.

Total Hydro Whey, thanks to its specific characteristics of easy digestion and absorption, is also highly recommended for preventing sarcopenia and maintaining muscle mass in people over 50; it is well tolerated, even by those with hypersensitivity to milk proteins.

Directions for use:

Take one serving (30g) before and after training or as a snack to supplement your protein intake.
