Instructions for use
- Hand-wash only before first use
- To fill, unscrew the lid and leave the shaker ball inside
- Fill up to 300 ml with cold water or fresh milk of your choice
- Add the contents of your Recovery Super-Shake sachet
- Replace the lid and screw it on firmly (make sure the spout cap is closed)
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds ... until the mixture is smooth
- Enjoy your Super-Shake!
- Add ice for an extra-cold shake
- Refrigerate if not consumed immediately. Consume within 24 hours of mixing
- Hand-wash in hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly
- Do not microwave
- Do not put in the dishwasher
