Energy Drink is a gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free energy drink. It is a multivitamin and mineral complex. All vitamin and mineral needs are therefore covered during exercise.

Energy Drink is the perfect drink to consume during training, when a carbohydrate intake is necessary. In addition, it reduces fatigue and improves performance thanks to the functional ingredients in its formula.

- Its main advantage: it provides energy without sugar. Each serving contains 45 g of carbohydrates from potato starch (amylopectin). The latter has 2 major advantages compared with the other ingredients generally used in energy drinks:

• Up to 80% faster gastric emptying.
• Up to 70% faster glycogen replenishment due to its high availability.

- This drink contains 250 mg of L-carnitine, derived from L-carnitine L-tartrate, a stabilized form of L-carnitine. L-carnitine L-tartrate has a slightly higher absorption rate than other forms of L-carnitine. 

• L-carnitine helps transport long-chain fatty acids to the cellular mitochondria, increasing the energy supply to the muscles and strengthening blood flow in this area.
• It increases ketone production, which prevents protein catabolism.
• It conserves glucose and muscle glycogen. Result: better performance, faster recovery and less muscle tissue damage. 

- It provides 250 mg of taurine, an amino acid that plays an important role in the immune system while contributing to the body's antioxidant capacity. Taurine is essential for optimal energy metabolism, enabling food to be converted into energy.

Directions for use: 

Dilute 4 scoops (50g) of product in 500 ml of water and shake. Consume regularly in small doses of 150-200ml every 15/20 minutes, before and during exercise.

• Before exercise : Preliminary function: replenishment of glycogen stores (before exercise).
• During exercise : Training sessions or competitions lasting between 90 minutes and a maximum of 4 hours (500 ml / hour).
