Usage advice
This purée is ideal for short and intense efforts as a complement to Baouw bars.
One purée every 20 to 30 minutes on average depending on the intensity (during exercise, it is a beneficial and natural alternative to energy gels).
Preservation: after opening, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 48 hours.
Storage: keep away from moisture between 0 and 40°.
