Created in the Baouw Pro Kitchen by the duo Yoann Conte (2-Michelin-starred chef) and Benoît Nave (sports nutritionist), this purée embodies the perfect marriage of gastronomy and athletic performance.
Its smooth texture and slightly salty taste make it an ideal alternative for athletes looking to avoid sweetness overload during long events (trail running, ultramarathon, cycling, triathlon…).
Directions for use:
This purée is ideal for long-duration efforts alongside Baouw bars.
One purée every 30 to 40 minutes on average, depending on intensity.
Preservation: after opening, refrigerate for a maximum of 48 hours.
Storage: protect from moisture and store between 0 and 40°.
