Each easy-to-carry sachet of Energy Gel Electrolyte, contains 85 mg of sodium, 40 mg of potassium, 57 mg of magnesium and 120 mg of chloride to replenish key minerals lost through sweat.
Available in two delicious flavours, Raspberry and Tropical.

Usage advice
Tear the top off the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, fewer if you are also using a sports drink.
Can be used in combination with Energy Gel and Energy Gel Caffeine.
When you exercise, it is important to stay hydrated. We recommend using this product together with ZERO or Isotonic Hydration.
