- Rapid gastric emptying due to a high molecular weight and low osmolality, which promotes digestion and reduces gastrointestinal side effects.

In a 76 g, 200 kcal stick, each gel contains 50 g of carbohydrates in a 1:1 ratio of simple to complex carbohydrates.
Directions for use:
You can consume up to 2 units every 60 minutes during exercise with approximately 300 ml of water. Always stay hydrated. Store in a cool, dry place.

Water, maltodextrin (maltodextrin, highly branched cyclic dextrin (Cluster dextrin®), corn glucose syrup, sucrose, sea salt, natural flavor, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate), gelling agent (gellan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate).
