Usage tips:

BEFORE EXERCISE

The bar can be consumed as a snack 1 hour before training or competition to boost energy levels (in one serving).
DURING EXERCISE
Consume regularly (every 15 minutes during long efforts) in small portions, alternating with other ATLET bars or applesauce. Consume with water.

AFTER EXERCISE
The bar should be consumed as close to the end of exercise as possible (within 30 minutes) to replenish energy stores (carbohydrate and sodium losses). This bar can also be enjoyed as a healthy snack at any time of day.
