Use before and during exercise to maintain carbohydrate and electrolyte levels.
- Use the gels every 20–30 minutes during endurance exercise.
- Adapt your nutrition to the intensity of your effort—try to consume 45 to 60 g of carbohydrates per hour for moderate efforts and increase to 60 to 90 g for maximum efforts.
