 Which High5 gel should you choose: Energy Gel or Energy Gel Aqua? Both types of gel serve the same purpose. However, Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter consistency, between liquid and gel. Energy Gel is slightly thicker in consistency, but is less bulky and lighter in weight, making it easier to carry larger quantities.

Directions for use

• Tear off the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet.
• During exercise, take up to three sachets per hour, fewer if you are also using a sports drink.

When exercising, it is important to stay hydrated. We therefore recommend using this product with High5 ZERO tablets.

Ingredients

Glucose syrup, water, maltodextrin, fruit juice concentrate (blackcurrant 1%), natural flavours, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrates), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sodium chloride, vitamin B6.
