HIGH5 Energy Gel AQUA (66g) - Berry

Water and refreshing natural fruit juices give Energy Gel Aqua its extremely light consistency when you deliver carbohydrates directly to your muscles during exercise.

Energy Gel Aqua is a refreshing gel with a consistency more similar to a sports drink. Therefore, unlike many other gels, you do not need to drink additional water. This makes it a good option for beginners trying gels for the first time. Easy to open and swallow, each sachet provides 23 g of carbohydrate energy.

• 23 g of carbohydrate energy
• Caffeine-free
• More like a drink than a gel
• Real fruit juice flavors for a light and refreshing taste
• Suitable for vegetarians and vegans
• Contents: 20 x 66 gels

Energy Gel Aqua is designed to be taken BEFORE and DURING exercise.

Which HIGH5 gel should you choose: Energy Gel or Energy Gel Aqua?
There is no right or wrong answer: they both do the same job; it is simply a matter of personal preference. Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter consistency, somewhere between a drink and a gel. Energy Gel is less bulky and lighter, making it easier to carry in large quantities.

Directions for use

Tear open the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet
