Why supplement with marine collagen?
Collagen accounts for approximately 30% of the body's proteins. It acts as a true biological cement, providing cohesion, strength, and elasticity to tissues:

Tendons & ligaments
-
Muscles

Bones
From the age of 25, natural production decreases by around 1% per year, which can lead to:

Joint stiffness
-
Slower recovery
-
Loss of skin firmness
Appropriate supplementation helps support these functions over the long term.
Type I & III Collagen: why combine them?

90% of total collagen
-
Found in the skin, bones, and tendons
-

🔹 Type III
