The importance of hydration in long-duration events

Athletes taking part in long-distance events (marathons, trail races, cycling, triathlons, ...) are particularly vulnerable to dehydration, a condition that can lead to a significant decrease in performance, cause muscle problems such as cramps, and increase the risk of injury.

Therefore, understanding the vital role of hydration and adopting an appropriate strategy is an absolute necessity.

It is essential to start hydrating from the very beginning of your effort and maintain consistent hydration by drinking small amounts every 10 minutes, without waiting until you feel thirsty.

We recommend consuming between 500 and 750 ml of HYDRXIR ULTRA drink per hour of effort, but these amounts may vary depending on specific weather conditions.

A drink that perfectly meets the demands of long-distance efforts

After 2 years of development in close collaboration with François d'Haene, the ultra-trail legend, we are proud to present HYDRIXIR ULTRA, the most advanced energy drink for long-duration efforts.

Its innovative formula perfectly meets the demands of long-distance efforts with:

• 3 sources of carbohydrates for lasting energy (30 g of carbohydrates / serving)
• 4 electrolytes (sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium) to maintain fluid balance and prevent muscle disturbances
• 6 vitamins (B1, B3, B5, B6, C, E) to reduce muscle fatigue and support efficient energy production
• BCAAs and glutamine  to promote muscle recovery
• Sodium bicarbonate  to buffer lactic acid and reduce muscle fatigue
• Less-sweet flavors

Perfectly tolerated

Unlike some energy drinks, HYDRIXIR ULTRA stands out for its very low-sugar flavor, 100% natural flavors, and absence of acidity and preservatives.

Its formula guarantees  excellent digestibility, allowing athletes to stay focused on their performance without worrying about gastrointestinal discomfort, even after several hours of exercise.
