To get the most out of this recovery drink, we recommend mixing 2 scoops (60g) with 500 ml of water or soy/almond milk for an even more delicious flavor.

For optimal results, it is recommended to consume the recovery drink within 30 minutes of your intense workout. This will allow your body to quickly absorb the nutrients it needs to begin recovering and repairing itself.

It is important to note that the recommended amount of liquid and powder can be adjusted according to your individual needs. If you are looking to increase your calorie and protein intake, you can increase the amount of powder used and mix it with more liquid. If you are looking to reduce your calorie intake, you can reduce the amount of powder used and mix it with less liquid.
