This gel contains:
- 22 g of dual-source carbohydrates—natural glucose and fructose from real fruit juices and plant syrups
- 75 mg of caffeine from guarana
- 110 mg of sodium from Himalayan pink salt

Usage instructions
Ideal for all sports.
Use before and during exercise to maintain carbohydrate and electrolyte levels.
- Use the gels every 20–30 minutes during endurance exercise.
- Adapt your nutrition to the intensity of your effort—try to consume 45 to 60 g of carbohydrates per hour for moderate efforts and increase to 60 to 90 g for maximum efforts.

- Take Desto undiluted, directly from the packaging, or dilute it in water—1 gel per 250 ml of water—for a carbohydrate and electrolyte solution that maintains endurance performance.
