Recovery Bar (50g) - Vanilla & Chocolate
The HIGH5 Recovery protein bar is high in protein and carbohydrates to support muscle recovery and repair, helping you adapt to and optimise the benefits of your training. It has a light texture and delicious natural taste.
We have reworked our Recovery bars to increase the amount of protein per serving and improve their taste. They now contain:
- 19g of protein per serving
- 19g of carbohydrates per serving
- A light and soft nougat centre
- A taste similar to that of a Mars or Milky Way bar
- Ideal for recovery after training
Directions for use
The Recovery protein bar is designed to be consumed AFTER physical exercise.
Think of the environment and help keep the countryside clean by taking empty packaging with you after use.
Ingredients
Protein blend (43%) [milk protein isolate, partially hydrolysed whey protein isolate (soya lecithin) (milk), soya protein isolate, whey protein isolate (emulsifier: sunflower lecithin) (milk)], EnergySMART® syrup (rice syrup, grape juice concentrate), humectant [glycérol], milk chocolate couverture with sweetener (14%) [sweetener (maltitol), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), natural vanilla flavouring], water, natural flavouring, low-fat cocoa powder.
