Thanks to their convenient format in a pack of 4 individual gummies, you can divide your intake according to your needs, one gummy at a time, at regular intervals, depending on the intensity and duration of your effort.
- To optimize their absorption, drink one or two sips of Hydrixir Ultra energy drink after each serving.
- For the most demanding moments, the caffeinated versions—available only in Cola and Ginger-Lemon flavors—provide 80 mg of caffeine per sachet of 4 gummies.
How and when should you consume Ultra Gummies?
Ultra Gummies are consumed during exercise:
- Target of 60 g of carbohydrates per hour : consume 4 Ultra Gummies, i.e. 1 full sachet, together with 500 ml of Hydrixir Ultra energy drink over the same period.
- More advanced nutritional strategy of 90 g of carbohydrates per hour : consume 8 Ultra Gummies, i.e. 2 sachets, in addition to 500 ml of Hydrixir Ultra per hour.
Depending on your preferences, you can also alternate Ultra Gummies with OVERSTIMS gels, bars, or purées to vary textures and limit flavor saturation during prolonged efforts.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium citrate; gelling agent: pectin, magnesium citrate, tricalcium phosphate, caramelized sugar syrup, natural flavoring, caffeine (0.21%), coating agent: carnauba wax.
