The ENERGIX energy gel is specifically formulated for prolonged exercise. It provides the energy needed to maintain your performance over long distances. Preservative-free and color-free, it is well tolerated.
ENERGIX helps maintain your performance during prolonged exercise thanks to its supply of:
- gradual, long-lasting energy,
- plant-based BCAA (branched-chain amino acids),
- vitamin B1, which contributes to normal energy metabolism,
- vitamin B6, which helps reduce fatigue.
Directions for use:
- Consume one gel approximately every 45 minutes.
- Drink 1 to 2 sips of OVERSTIM's organic energy drink or water after taking the gel
Ingredients:
Glucose syrup (EU), water, maltodextrins, fructose, branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) (0.6%), salt, concentrated lemon juice, natural lemon flavor, vitamins: B1 (Thiamine), B6.

Publié le 13/07/2020 à 17:42.Personnellement je l'utilise ou en course de plus de 100 km ou bien lors d'un entrainement de plus ou moins 3-4hr. L'ouverture est très simple le remettre dans la poche ne salit pas toute la poche après utilisation et surtout le ressenti est juste top. Assimilation rapide je recommande fortement pour tous!
