With low fat content and few carbohydrates, Total Whey contains a high proportion of concentrated and isolated whey protein. But we didn't stop there. To complete the formula, we added a digestive enzyme complex and a patented synbiotic – Lactowise® – with probiotic and prebiotic ingredients that contribute to intestinal health.

Directions for use: 

If you train, take one serving (2 shakes) per day. You can have one shake 1 hour before training and another after training. To prepare a smoothie, simply add one level scoop (26 g) to 150 ml of water. And that's it!

Whey protein concentrates (emulsifier (soy lecithin)) [50%], ISOLAC® Instant (whey protein isolates, emulsifier (soy lecithin)) [35%], low-fat cocoa powder, thickeners (guar gum, sodium chloride, Lactowise® (proprietary blend of LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans) and Fenumannan® (galactomannans from fenugreek seeds – Trigonella foenum – graecum L.)).

Manufactured in facilities that handle eggs and fish, so it may contain traces of them.
