Our organic plant-based protein is made up of 79% protein, making it highly digestible, so it can be used at different times of the day:

• At breakfast: Ideal for nourishing your muscles from the morning onward, especially if you have a workout session in the morning
• During the day, depending on your protein needs, a snack may be necessary
• After exercise: this will help regenerate the muscle fibers used during your workout

Directions for use:

• Mix 2 scoops (included) of plant-based protein (30 g) with 250 ml of water in a shaker (or a bottle)
• Optional: Add 10 to 20 g of your favorite natural, organic energy gel for extra flavor
• Shake well for 15 seconds
• Your organic plant-based protein shake is ready!
