ISOTONIC ICE GEL contains menthol and is an energy gel whose main carbohydrate source is cyclodextrin, a next-generation carbohydrate that allows glycogen to be replenished much more efficiently.

• This gel provides sustained-release energy, perfect during and after exercise.
• There are fewer insulin spikes, which promotes the use of glucose for cellular processes over a shorter period while maintaining blood glucose levels for longer.
• Rapid gastric emptying thanks to a high molecular weight and low osmolality, which promotes digestion and reduces gastrointestinal side effects.
• Does not inhibit fat burning.

Its main feature is that it does not need water to be consumed, as the gel contains the amount necessary for consumption.

In a 68 g stick format, it provides 89 kcal and contains 22 g of carbohydrates per gel, almost all of which are complex carbohydrates, with only 1.4 g of sugar.

The flavors used are natural.

ISOTONIC ICE GEL: They contain menthol, which induces a sensation of cold. Oral administration of menthol stimulates the palatine and trigeminal nerves, improving thermal comfort by reducing the sensation of suffocation and producing a feeling of well-being, as well as freshness while breathing. All these adjustments in temperature perception improve performance.

Directions for use: 

Consume 3 sticks every 60 minutes during exercise. It does not need to be consumed with water. Do not refrigerate.
