MAURTEN Gel 100 - 3 Boxes (36 gels)
The 3 Boxes format of the Maurten Gel 100 includes 36 hydrogel energy gels, enough to cover a season of races and long outings. Each gel encapsulates 25 g of carbohydrates in a natural matrix, with an almost neutral taste and no need for water to swallow it.

Energy and carbohydrates
Gel 100 is based on a fructose/glucose ratio of 0.8:1, promoting high carbohydrate absorption. Made with six ingredients, with no added colours, preservatives or flavours, it offers a high energy-to-weight ratio.
How hydrogel technology works
The hydrogel ensures the smooth transport of carbohydrates through the stomach to the intestine, where water, salt and energy are absorbed, limiting digestive discomfort during exercise.
Directions for use
- Consume one gel a few minutes before, during and/or directly after exercise.
- No water intake is necessary thanks to the hydrogel texture.
