The Race Day bars are an evolution of the Endurance Fuel Bar; they are thinner, easier to carry and easier to chew.

The main features of this bar are as follows:

• Small size and a weight of 40 g.
• The fig content has been increased and the date content reduced, thereby controlling the glycemic index. These bars therefore provide energy while reducing insulin spikes.
• One bar provides 124 kcal and between 21 and 25 g of carbohydrates, depending on the flavor.
• The dried fruit pieces have been removed to make the bar easier to consume and digest.
• These bars contain pumpkin seeds, which provide a substantial texture and healthy fats and proteins.
• With organic ingredients such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil and raisins.
• A complex of 10 vitamins providing 50% of the NRV has been added.

Directions for use: 

Take one Race Day bar every 30–60 minutes as needed, both during training and competitions. It can also be taken before exercising to meet the energy needs required just before exercise.

• Before exercise: as a snack between meals or as an additional energy source before physical activity.
• During exercise: for an energy boost during training.
• After exercise: to replenish glycogen stores and improve recovery.
