NATURAL ENERGY DRINK
This smooth preparation makes a natural energy drink that is very well tolerated and easy to assimilate, providing you with the energy needed for long-duration efforts.
Made with precooked oats, dates, freeze-dried Sicilian lemon, and raw honey.
10 servings for 500ml in this bulk pouch.
Product highlights:
- 25g of carbohydrates per 500ml, including a valuable source of fructose that promotes sugar absorption during exercise, 1g of salt
- Easy to digest, with a neutral taste for good tolerance and to avoid becoming sick of it over the long term

Directions for use
BEFORE EXERCISE
As a snack, like an energy cream with 200 to 300ml of water, depending on the desired consistency
DURING EXERCISE
- in a 500ml flask or bottle
- for cycling or running efforts (trail / marathon) lasting more than 2–3 hours, 500ml every hour.
Preparation:
1. Put 250ml of water in your 500ml flask/bottle
2. Pour in the powdered energy drink mix and add the honey (1 20g stick or one tablespoon)
3. Finish filling your flask with water.
