Jar of Honey (500g)
Spring and summer honey from our apiaries.
PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS:
. Harvested in April and August 2023, it comes from bees foraging between March and April for the spring honey, and from May to August for the summer honey: (bramble, alfalfa, heather, white clover, chestnut, etc.…)
. Our honey is natural and cold-extracted. It is liquid just after harvesting, then becomes more viscous: crystallization is a normal process in the life of honey, showing that it has not been heated and that its nutrients have been preserved. This is a mark of quality. If you would like to make it creamier, you can place the jar in a gentle bain-marie (never above 37°C, the natural temperature of the hive).
Usage tips:
. Every day: spread on toast at breakfast, mix with fromage blanc, serve on goat cheese toasts as an aperitif, add to a drink, or simply enjoy by the spoonful for those with a sweet tooth!
. To make your own isotonic drink: 500ml of water, 20g of honey, and one tablespoon of lemon juice.
