Directions for use:

A daily dose of 4 L-Carnitine capsules to be taken with meals with a glass of water:

Training day:

• 2 capsules in the morning
• 4 capsules at lunchtime

Rest day:

• 3 capsules in the morning
• 3 capsules at lunchtime
