ATLET's organic energy drink provides glycogen replenishment, vitamins, and essential minerals during exertion.

The mint flavor provides freshness and lightness without being overly acidic, while maintaining a carbohydrate/sugar ratio below 50%.

The Choice of Ingredients:

• The cassava maltodextrin and coconut sugar provide glycogen replenishment. Progressive energy release.
• Sodium: for losses through perspiration (sweating/mineral salt loss).
• Natural orange and lemon flavors with other natural flavors: subtle and pleasant taste (we deliberately avoided an overly acidic taste to prevent potential flavor fatigue during exertion).
• Acerola powder: natural vitamin C that helps reduce fatigue.
• Potassium: naturally provided by coconut blossom sugar at 333 mg per 100g (16.7% of NRV = Nutrient Reference Value).

Effort > 1 h 30

COLD OR MODERATE WEATHER

• Dilute 40 g (4 scoops) in 1 bottle containing 500 ml of water, or 80 g (8 scoops) in 1 litre of water.

HOT WEATHER

• Dilute 30 g (3 scoops) in 1 bottle containing 500 ml of water, or 60 g (6 scoops) in 1 litre of water.
• Drink in small sips throughout the effort.
• The preparation should be consumed within the day.
• This drink preparation may be consumed during your training sessions or competitions.
