Directions for Use:

BEFORE EXERCISE:

30 minutes before endurance exercise.

DURING EXERCISE:

For endurance efforts > 1 hour. Take regularly (every 15 minutes during long efforts) in small portions, alternating with other ATLET bars or energy purées.

AFTER EXERCISE:

Take as soon as possible after exercise, especially if it was long and/or intense, to help restore muscle fibers damaged by exercise.
