Ingredient Selection:

• Cassava maltodextrin and coconut sugar have a low glycemic index, providing a carbohydrate boost. Sustained energy.

• Almonds contain essential amino acids.

Directions for use:

Mix 60 g (6 doses), gradually adding a small amount of water or plant-based milk until a creamy texture is obtained.

BEFORE EXERCISE
1 h 30 before a short training session or competition.
Or 2 h to 3 h before a long endurance training session or competition (to allow sufficient digestion time and muscle activation).

AFTER EXERCISE
To optimize recovery, using the same dosage (6 doses for 500 ml).

DURING EXERCISE
During endurance exercise, you can also use this preparation as a liquid energy drink (reduce to 40 g (4 doses)) for a 500 ml bottle, or as a cream during your refueling breaks.
