The Beet It Sport Nitrate 3000 Concentrate contains 7.5 daily servings of 400 mg of dietary nitrate (i.e. 3,000 mg per 250 ml bottle), sourced exclusively from concentrated beetroot juice.
One serving is equivalent to 33 ml. The dose can be consumed on its own as a shot, mixed with food (e.g. pasta sauce, muesli, porridge, smoothies, yogurt), or simply diluted with water.
