Directions for use:
3 to 6 blocks per hour during exercise. Always take with water
Contains caffeine: not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18, or people sensitive to caffeine.
Ingredients:
Tapioca syrup, cane sugar, maltodextrin, pectin, citric acid, green tea extract (contains caffeine), natural flavor, potassium citrate, concentrated juices for coloring (carrot, blueberry, and blackcurrant), sea salt, sunflower oil, carnauba wax.
