Following the publication on his Patreon (www.patreon.com/UgoFerrari) of Nicolas Martin’s articles on training specifically for trail running, readers responded with great enthusiasm. Ugo and Nicolas therefore decided to add personal anecdotes, rework the articles to make them more professional, add a “Programming” section, and bring you the first eBook in the world of trail running! Creating this eBook led them to hire two proofreaders and a graphic designer to offer you the best reading experience.
To do so, they enlisted self-employed professionals from the Annecy area.
