Directions for use:
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PURE WHEY SHAKER?
- Take an empty shaker bottle
- Pour in 250 ml of water, preferably, or milk if you really do not like mixing it with water
- Add 40 g of powder (2 scoops*) of EAFIT Pure Whey in the flavor of your choice
- Place the mixing ball in the shaker or the grid on the shaker
- Remember to close it tightly (if you do not want to repaint the kitchen or the gym)!
- Shake vigorously for a few seconds
- Enjoy and give your muscles a boost!
*The scoop is included with the container. It may be buried at the bottom of the box. If necessary, use a utensil to look for it.
OUR ADVICE
It is recommended to use 2 shakers per day to supplement the protein intake provided by food. It can be consumed as a liquid, but you can also use Pure Whey in pancake and ice cream recipes to vary your enjoyment.
To intensify the flavor of your whey, you can reduce the amount of water. Conversely, increase the amount of water to reduce the intensity of the flavor.
