Why Recovery Max?

RECOVERY MAX is a supplement suitable for use after training or competition. 

RECOVERY MAX provides a high concentration of essential amino acids (5 g of BCAA [branched-chain amino acids] and 2 g of glutamine). In addition, it supports recovery thanks to vitamin C, which helps reduce fatigue. 

RECOVERY MAX is a highly complete formula thanks to its superfoods: beetroot, acerola, baobab pulp and its 9 vitamins. Its formula contains no artificial colours or preservatives.

Directions for use: 

Take 14 g of powder diluted in 300 ml of water.

Consume within 90 minutes after exercise (1 scoop = 3.5 g):

• On training days: 1 serving immediately after exercise,
• On competition days: 1 serving immediately after exercise.

This food supplement must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. In general, pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to consult a healthcare professional before taking any supplements. Not recommended for pregnant women (beetroot). Best consumed before the date indicated on the bottle. The fruity flavour is obtained by adding flavourings to the product.
