Energy Gel Electrolyte is an easy-to-digest multi-carbohydrate energy gel, scientifically formulated to help you stay energized during exercise. It also contains electrolytes.
Each easy-to-carry sachet of Energy Gel Electrolyte contains 85 mg of sodium, 40 mg of potassium, 57 mg of magnesium and 120 mg of chloride to replenish key minerals lost through sweating.
Available in two delicious flavors, Raspberry and Tropical.

Directions for use
Tear open the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink.
Can be used in combination with Energy Gel and Energy Gel Caffeine.
When exercising, it is important to stay hydrated. We recommend using this product together with ZERO or Isotonic Hydration.

Water, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, sucrose, concentrated fruit juices (mango 2%, lime, pineapple), natural flavoring, magnesium citrate, acidity regulator (malic acid), sea salt, potassium citrate, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), vitamin B6.
