Enervit Competition Bar Red Fruits: the technical energy bar with 22 g of carbohydrates
The Enervit Competition Bar Red Fruits is the most technical energy bar in the Enervit Sport range. It combines glucose-fructose syrup, rice flakes, oats, and maltodextrin to deliver 22 g of carbohydrates per 30 g bar, with a low fat content. Gluten-free, with real red fruits (wild berries and sour cherry).
A real carbohydrate boost for competition
The combination of several carbohydrate sources facilitates absorption during activity, while the pieces of red fruit make the break more enjoyable. The bar is a source of vitamins B1 and B6, which contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Low in fat, designed for easy digestion
With a reduced fat content, the Competition Bar promotes rapid absorption and is easy to chew even during intense exercise.
Directions for use
- Consume 1 to 2 bars per hour during endurance exercise, with an appropriate amount of water;
- Ideal for long rides and races, on the most demanding sections;
