The Enervit Competition Bar Red Fruits is the most technical energy bar in the Enervit Sport range. It combines glucose-fructose syrup, rice flakes, oats, and maltodextrin to provide 22 g of carbohydrates per 30 g bar, with a low fat content. Gluten-free, with real red fruits. This box of 25 bars helps ensure you have enough for training and competition.
A real carbohydrate boost for competition
The combination of several carbohydrate sources facilitates absorption during activity, while the pieces of red fruit make the break more enjoyable. The bar is a source of vitamins B1 and B6, which contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Directions for use
- Consume 1 to 2 bars per hour during endurance exercise, with an appropriate amount of water;
- Ideal during long rides and races, on the most demanding sections;
- Use as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
