Enervit Electrolytes Drink Mix is a supplement containing sodium and magnesium salts, designed to compensate for losses caused by sweating during intense and prolonged exercise. Each sachet provides 400 mg of sodium and 56 mg of magnesium, with no sugar or calories. Lemon flavor, sweetened with stevia. Box of 16 sachets of 4 g.
Stay hydrated to perform better
During exercise, especially indoors or in hot and humid weather, we sweat a lot. Do not wait until you feel thirsty: by then, it is already too late. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance, and the reduction of fatigue.
Sugar-free, calorie-free
Sweetened with steviol glycosides from stevia, with only 2.3 kcal per sachet diluted in 500 ml, ideal for anyone wishing to limit their sugar intake.
Directions for use
- Take 1 to 3 sachets per day, dissolved in a suitable amount of still water (1 sachet in 500 ml, 3 sachets in 1 L);
- Use during and after training;
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose; a supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet.
