Instructions for use

To properly prepare your FlyCarb mixture:

1. Pour 60 ml of water into the FlyCarb Bowl.
2. Add the Energy Mix.

4. Mix thoroughly until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
5. Consume immediately after preparation.

For BICARRB products, it is recommended to prepare this 90 to 120 minutes before exercise.
