Approximately 58% of the energy contained in Extreme Bar comes from carbohydrates, with 25% high-quality protein added to its composition to help with muscle recovery, along with 60 mg of caffeine, which will provide the extra energy, concentration, and mental alertness you need.

Directions for use
- You can eat one to two bars during training as an immediate source of energy.
- Drink plenty of water.
Ingredients
Glucose syrup, milk protein concentrate [27%], vegetable coating with cocoa (sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut, palm), low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanillin), cocoa butter, sugar syrup, dextrose, crunchy almond (sugar, almond), low-fat cocoa powder, medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) (palm, coconut, rapeseed), mineral complex (potassium chloride, calcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, zinc oxide, manganese sulfate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, sodium fluoride, sodium molybdate), L-cystine, complex (cellulose, L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, retinyl acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, cholecalciferol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, biotin, cyanocobalamin), flavouring, caffeine, choline citrate, inositol.
Contains 60 mg of caffeine per bar.
