The Total Protein Bar GoldNutrition is a high-protein bar (31%) whose protein comes exclusively from whey protein concentrate, one of the highest-quality protein sources available.
The Total Protein Bar GoldNutrition was designed to help with muscle recovery after a strength-training session and is also an excellent solution for anyone who wants to include a highly absorbable source of protein in their diet.
The combination of protein and carbohydrates found in Total Protein Bar GoldNutrition bars promotes protein synthesis, as well as the replenishment of glycogen stores.
It is a healthy option to eat as a snack before and/or after training.
Directions for use
- Consume 1 bar before, during or after training.
- Do not exceed the indicated daily dose.
