Boost Plus Energy Gel GoldNutrition® combines two types of carbohydrates: maltodextrin and fructose, in a 2:1 ratio between glucose and fructose. Glucose and fructose use different transporters to pass from the intestine into the bloodstream. When glucose is consumed in quantities exceeding 60 g/h, its transporter may become saturated, which can lead to gastrointestinal problems and, consequently, reduced performance. Thus, this combination allows for better energy utilization, as has already been demonstrated in several modalities.
Directions for use
- Consume 1 gel per hour of endurance exercise;
- It is essential to drink at least 250 ml of water for each GoldNutrition® Extreme Fluid Gel
Do not exceed the indicated daily dose.
