Carb Max Energy Gel combines 40 g of fast-release carbohydrates, intended to replenish muscle glycogen during long-duration or high-intensity races.

During prolonged exercise at an intensity above 60% of maximum VO2, carbohydrates are essential for energy production, and after the first hour, depletion of muscle glycogen (the main source of energy for exercise) begins to occur. Thus, consuming carbohydrates during exercise can delay fatigue by approximately 45 minutes.
Carb Max Energy Gel contains 40 g of fast-release carbohydrates, intended to replenish muscle glycogen during long-duration or high-intensity races. It combines four types of carbohydrates: maltodextrin (several glucose molecules), glucose, fructose and cyclodextrins, a combination that makes these sugars quickly available for use.
Carb Max is the ideal energy gel for:

Directions for use:
Consume 1 to 2 gels per hour of endurance exercise; It is essential to drink at least 250 ml of water for each gel consumed.
