Energy Gel (40g) - Wild Berries
Energy Gel is the foundation of GoldNutrition's new approach to gels. This gel quickly provides 25g of easily digestible carbohydrates, obtained through a combination of maltodextrin and fructose, which reduces the sugar content per amount of total carbohydrates. The combination of maltodextrin and fructose decreases osmolality, facilitating digestion and reducing the risk of intestinal discomfort during training or competitions.
Thanks to its composition of rapidly absorbed carbohydrates and 50 mg of sodium, Energy Gel functions as an essential component of endurance training, helping delay fatigue and maintain performance for a longer period.

Directions for use:
Consume one gel per hour of endurance exercise; it is essential to drink at least 250 ml of water for each gel consumed to facilitate ingestion.
It can be taken during any type of training, but it is highly recommended for workouts lasting more than one hour. There is no specific time to take it, and athletes can use it throughout the sports season.
