Muscle Recovery GoldNutrition is a powerful anabolic formula containing: proteins of high biological value (hydrolysates, isolates and whey protein concentrates) — essential for protein synthesis and muscle growth — rapidly absorbed carbohydrates, creatine monohydrate, vitamins and minerals. This unique combination of ingredients, extensively studied in sports nutrition science, allows you to maximize hypertrophy, strength gains and muscle recovery.
Science demonstrates that consuming products combining protein and carbohydrates promotes muscle hypertrophy by increasing protein synthesis and replenishing energy stores in the muscle, while the addition of creatine facilitates adaptation to training and increases lean mass gains.
Directions for use:
- Take 1 serving (1 drink) per day, after training.
- To prepare one serving (1 drink), add 2 scoops (75g) to 300 ml of water, mix well and drink.
Warning: Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Special caution is advised in cases of renal insufficiency. People with diabetes should pay attention to the amount of carbohydrates present in order to manage blood glucose appropriately according to the intensity and duration of exercise.
