Vegan V-Protein GoldNutrition® is a product rich in plant-based proteins (83%) from peas and rice, allowing its composition to include all the essential amino acids the body needs, with no added sugars and containing less than 1 g of sugar per shake.

The main source of protein  in Vegan V-Protein GoldNutrition® is pea protein . It is quite rich in essential amino acids, particularly BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) and glutamine. These amino acids are important both in sports, where the aim is to recover quickly and improve adaptation to training, and in healthcare, where they help preserve muscle mass lost with age (sarcopenia) and optimize the immune system.
