Energy Drink with Protein is an all-in-one sports drink to use DURING and AFTER exercise. It contains 4 parts carbohydrates to 1 part whey protein isolate and key electrolytes. The blend of carbohydrates, protein and key electrolytes helps you maintain your performance and hydration, while supporting the growth and recovery of normal muscles, resulting in stronger and more resilient muscles.
Energy Drink with Protein is the ideal product for periods of intensive training, multi-day endurance events and when you anticipate a significant increase in training intensity or volume, such as a training camp.

Directions for use
During exercise:- Mix 47 g of powder in 500 mL of water (one sachet) and shake well.
- 150–250 ml every 20 minutes during sport.
- Consume before and during sport.
Servings per 1.6 kg tub: 34 x 500 ml
The electrolyte level in Energy Drink with Protein should be suitable for most competition conditions. However, when temperatures are high and you sweat more than usual, we recommend adding one HIGH5 ZERO Neutral tablet to Energy Drink to give you even more energy.
Consume as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise and contribute to the maintenance of endurance during prolonged endurance exercise. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Carbohydrates (CHO) contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and/or prolonged exercise leading to muscular fatigue and depletion of muscle glycogen. Consume 4 g per kg / body weight of CHO from all sources within 4 to 6 hours following exercise to obtain the claimed effects.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, sucrose 24%, whey protein isolate 20% (milk), fructose 16%, natural flavours, food acid (malic acid), acidity regulators (sodium citrate, potassium citrate), sodium chloride, emulsifier (soya lecithin).
