Water and refreshing natural fruit juices give Energy Gel Aqua its extremely light consistency when you provide carbohydrates directly to your muscles during exercise.
Energy Gel Aqua is a refreshing gel with a consistency more similar to a sports drink. Therefore, unlike many other gels, it is not necessary to drink additional water. This makes it a good option for beginners trying gels for the first time. Easy to open and swallow, each sachet provides 23 g of carbohydrate energy.

There is no right or wrong answer: they both do the same job; it is simply a matter of personal preference. Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter consistency, somewhere between a drink and a gel. Energy Gel is less bulky and lighter, making it easier to carry in larger quantities.
Directions for use
Tear the top off the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet
During exercise, take up to three sachets per hour, fewer if you are also using a sports drink.

Water, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, fruit juice concentrate (orange 3%, lemon), acidity regulators (sodium citrates, citric acid, malic acid), sodium chloride, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), natural flavours

Publié le 07/05/2020 à 15:45.Bonjour Messieurs, Je suis en phase expérimentale avec ce produit, c.à.d. je dilue le gel aqua dans ma boisson isotonique en espérant trouver un effet boost à chaque prise. Malheureusement ce nest pas le cas, je suis très satisfait du recovery et de lenergy drink 4:1 de la même marque mais là pour les gels, boufbouf ?? Habituellement je consomme les gels de Powerbar, vous pouvez peut-être me conseiller une autre référence ?? Merci à vous et une bonne journée. Palma Lionel
