Which High5 gel should you choose: Energy Gel or Energy Gel Aqua? Both types of gel serve the same purpose. However, Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter consistency, somewhere between a liquid and a gel. Energy Gel is slightly thicker, but it is more compact and lighter, making it easier to carry larger quantities.
Usage advice
- Tear off the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet.
- During exercise, take up to three sachets per hour, or fewer if you are also using a sports drink
When exercising, it is important to stay hydrated. We therefore recommend using this product with High5 ZERO tablets.
Ingredients
Glucose syrup, water, maltodextrin, fruit juice concentrate (lemon 1%, lime), acidity regulator (sodium citrates), sodium chloride, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), natural flavouring.
